What do I do?
Officially I'm a teacher, consultant, trainer and author.
Unofficially I'm a Learning Evangelist - nothing religious there - just that I want to spread the word about how to make learning more effective and far more enjoyable.
I support educators who want to get better at what they do; educators who want to evolve, grow and enrich their practice; educators who are prepared to take calculated, professional risks; educators who want to achieve a better match between their teaching style and their pupils' learning styles.
Why do I do it?
Because I love learning; I love having fun; I love learning with other people while having fun and I want to help our children thrive in 21st Century.
But also because I'm concerned that far too many teachers and far too many learners do not enjoy what they do.
It's easy to rediscover the joy and fulfillment of teaching and learning - I get invited to work and learn at schools that have discovered the magic formula
